It began one December evening. Our six-year-old daughter asked for a story where she would be the hero, "for real". We opened a notebook, and in two voices, we made up an adventure on a night train. She fell asleep before the end. The next day, she asked for another.
We looked around: apps, podcasts, personalised books. Nothing brought together a large library, a voice reading aloud, and the tenderness of a story written for one specific child, at a normal family price. So we decided to build it.
